Diversity and inclusion are topics she’s always been interested in. Maria Teresa works with individuals and organizations to build an environment where people and teams can discover their strengths and exploit their talent to maximize results, be successful and have a sense of fulfilment.
Until 2016 she acted in managerial global roles within multinational companies in the financial sector.
Since 2017 she works as an HR Consultant, facilitator and trainer, and individual and team Coach.
To become a Coach she studied with Asterys, Newfield Network e David Drake.
